Perfect weather (cold and breezy), a lot of familiar faces, the tasty food, colorful costumes, and the heartfelt beating of the drums. It was after all <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sinulog_festival" target="_blank">Sinulog Festival 2012</a> at South Florida.
